Reading the site
The supplied site code does not include analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, social embeds, user accounts or a server-side contact form. Photographs, styles and scripts are requested from the site itself. Loading a page still requires your browser to communicate with the hosting service.
A hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, requested path, time, browser details and error information for delivery and security. The static application does not control hosting logs or establish their retention period. This notice does not assert that infrastructure-level logs are absent.
The contact composer
Text entered on the contact page is processed within the current browser page to create a preview. The site script does not upload it or save it to localStorage. Copy Text requests clipboard access after you press the button; Download Note creates a text file on your device. Your browser or device may separately offer autofill, clipboard history, backup or synchronization features.
You decide whether to send the resulting message using your own email application. An email you send is no longer confined to the browser tool and is handled by the email services involved. Avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Browser preferences
If you save a choice on the Cookies page, the site stores a value in localStorage under nordiccoralsummit-cookie-preference. The value is either essential or accept. It contains no message text, email address or user identifier. It persists until replaced or cleared, subject to your browser's storage rules.
This preference does not activate tracking: no optional analytics or advertising is included in these pages. See Small Files Explained to change it. Browser-level site-data controls can remove it entirely.
Email and your choices
If you email us, your address and the information you choose to include may be used to understand and respond to the request. Do not submit another person's personal information without a suitable reason and permission where required. A response time is not guaranteed.
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, object to processing or complain to a supervisory authority. Send a privacy question to [email protected]. Include enough context to identify your request without sending identity documents unnecessarily.
External sources
Links to manufacturers and standards bodies take you to independently operated websites. Their privacy and storage practices apply after you visit them. Linking to a source does not share your contact-composer text with that source.

This notice covers the functionality described here. Any additional platform-provided services must be disclosed with their own applicable details. If site features change, this notice should change with them. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
